For my sister's Thanksgiving table, I made the Turkey Gift Boxes embossed in Egyptian Gold. The photos here do not show their real beauty. They are gorgeous. Because I know who will be seated at her table, I made the place cards for each box. Then I decided to have some fun.
I found some funny Thanksgiving sayings online and I typed them on each card.
"Can a turkey jump higher than the Empire State Building?" These will make for a few laughs around the dinner table
You simply slip the place card under the lid of each box, concealing the funny sayings.
Then at the appropriate time my sister can tell everyone to put out there place card and read aloud at the table. What a great idea!
